Also apply to the moving parts of your sharpener assembly which comes with your Berkel meat slicer. These simple procedure will prolong the life of your electric meat slicer, cheese slicer, bread slicer or any other fine electric slicer we offer. We offer Berkel Food Machine oil in 16oz bottles and gallon jugs. You may also want to consider Berkel Food Machine grease to lubricate the square rail underneath your meat slicer. This rail provides proper positioning of the meat table on your meat slicer and must be lubricated with grease. Berkel Food Machine grease is also authorized to be used by USDA in meat and poultry plants and complies fully with F.D.A. 21CFR178.3570.
